一、活动简介 Introduction

 

“当 AI 遇见传统文化”青年艺术交流展——中印尼青年 AI 传统文化视觉作品创作交流征集正式启动。本次活动面向中国与印度尼西亚两国在校青年创作者，广泛征集融合两国传统文化元素的各类AI视觉创作作品，包括AI平面设计、动态视觉、动画等多种形式。报名截止日期为 2026年4月16日。
" AI Meets Traditional Culture" Youth Art Exchange Exhibition—Call for Entries for the China-Indonesia Youth AI Traditional Culture Visual Works Creation Exchange is now officially launched. This event is open to young student creators from China and Indonesia, calling for a wide range of AI visual works that integrate traditional cultural elements from both countries, including AI graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and other forms. The submission deadline is April 16, 2026.

本次征集旨在深化中印尼青年文化互鉴，助力青年创作者以AI技术赋能传统文化创新，探索科技与人文融合的新路径。活动将评选出 50个 入围作品，并设立 共计10项大奖，奖励总价值达 11,000美元 的MovieFlow创作积分。其中，特等奖 获得者将赢得赴 上海温哥华电影学院 的专属一周线下工作坊学习资格（含食宿）。所有入围作品均将有机会在 印度尼西亚雅加达 与 中国上海 的双站线下展览中展出。
This initiative aims to deepen cultural mutual learning between the youth of China and Indonesia, empowering young creators to use AI technology to innovate traditional culture and explore new paths for the integration of technology and humanities. The event will select 50 shortlisted works and confer a total of 10 awards, with a total prize value of 11,000 USD in MovieFlow Credit. The Special Award winner will receive the qualification for an exclusive one-week offline workshop at Shanghai Vancouver Film School (including accommodation and meals). All shortlisted works will have the opportunity to be exhibited in dual offline exhibitions in Jakarta, Indonesia and Shanghai, China.

三、 征集细则 Submission Guidelines

 

1.征集对象 Eligibility

中国与印度尼西亚两国，年龄在16至40周岁之间的青年创作者（包括在校学生及社会青年艺术家）。欢迎以个人或团队形式报名参赛。
Young creators aged between 16 and 40 from China and Indonesia (including current students and young artists). Both individuals and teams are welcome to apply.

2.作品主题与要求 Theme & Requirements

主题 Theme
作品需紧密围绕中国与印度尼西亚的传统文化元素进行创作。鼓励创作者深入挖掘两国在哲学思想、文学艺术、民俗风情、建筑服饰、神话传说等领域的文化符号，并通过AI技术进行融合、转化与创新表达。
The work must be closely centered on the traditional cultural elements of China and Indonesia. Creators are encouraged to delve into the cultural symbols of both countries in areas such as philosophy, literature and arts, folk customs, architecture, attire, myths, and legends, and to integrate, transform, and express them innovatively through AI technology.

创作核心 Creative Core
作品应聚焦于视觉艺术创作本身，强调AI技术在视觉生成、风格迁移、内容构思等方面的应用。作品需尊重文化本真性，避免文化误解与偏差，旨在传递文化对话、共生与创新的理念。
The work should focus on visual artistic creation, emphasizing the application of AI technology in visual generation, style transfer, and conceptualization. It must respect cultural authenticity, avoid cultural misinterpretation and bias, and aim to convey the concepts of cultural dialogue, symbiosis, and innovation.

作品类型 Work Type
不限，尤其欢迎各类AI视觉创作作品。包括但不限于：
Open to all types, with a special welcome for various AI visual creations. Including but not limited to:

AI平面设计作品 (AI Graphic Design)
AI动态影像/动画 (AI Motion Graphics / Animation)
AI生成的剧情类视觉短片 (AI-generated Narrative Short Film)
AI生成的纪录类视觉短片 (AI-generated Documentary Short Film)
其他融合AI技术的实验性视觉艺术形式 (Other experimental visual art forms integrating AI technology)

3.作品格式规范 Technical Specifications

◎平面视觉作品 Image works
格式： JPG, PNG, PSD。（Format: JPG, PNG, PSD.）
分辨率： ≥300 DPI。（Resolution: ≥300 DPI.）
文件大小： 单幅作品 ≤ 200 MB。（File Size: Single work ≤ 200 MB.）
要求： 画面清晰，细节完整... （Requirements: Clear picture, complete details...）

◎动态视觉作品  Dynamic Visual Works
时长： 30秒至10分钟。（Duration: 30 seconds to 10 minutes.）
格式：MP4, MOV...（Format: MP4, MOV...）
分辨率： 1920x1080（Full HD）或更高。（Resolution: 1920x1080 (Full HD) or higher.）
画幅： 横屏、竖屏均可。（Aspect Ratio: Both horizontal and vertical screens are acceptable.）
要求： 音画同步，播放流畅...  （Requirements: Synchronized audio and video, smooth playback...）

 

四、参与方式 How to Participate

将填写好的《参赛报名表》及作品文件链接，通过电子邮件发送至官方收稿邮箱：shvfsinfo@gmail.com。

3.确认回执 Confirmation

对于方式一的提交，组委会将在收到报名邮件后通过邮件发送确认回执。
For submissions via Method 1, the organizing committee will send a confirmation email of receipt.

对于方式二的提交，提交成功后将收到FilmFreeway平台的系统确认。
For submissions via Method 2, a system confirmation from the FilmFreeway platform will be received upon successful submission.

All submitted works will be judged by a panel of international experts from the fields of AI art, visual creation, and traditional culture studies.

All award winners and shortlisted entrants will receive an official certificate of honor issued by the organizer.

✔国际双城展映 | International Dual-City Exhibition
所有入围作品将有机会在印度尼西亚雅加达和中国上海举办的线下专题展映中展出。
All shortlisted works will have the opportunity to be exhibited in offline thematic exhibitions held in Jakarta, Indonesia and Shanghai, China.

✔进阶通道 | Advancement Opportunity
所有获奖作品将在主流媒体平台进行展播，并有机会获得推荐，直通国际电影节等艺术展赛平台。
All award-winning works will be showcased on mainstream media platforms and may be recommended for entry into international film festivals and other art competitions.

七、 权责说明 | Rights & Obligations

 

1.投稿者必须是作品的原创作者，并拥有完整版权，确保作品不侵犯任何第三方权利。违规者将取消资格并承担相应责任。
The entrant must be the original creator and hold full copyright of the work, ensuring it does not infringe upon any third-party rights. Violations will result in disqualification and liability.

2.一经投稿，即视为投稿者授权主办方及承办方在全球范围内永久、免费地使用该作品，用于本次活动的评审、展览、宣传、出版等非商业用途。
Submission implies the entrant grants the organizers a permanent, royalty-free, global license to use the work for non-commercial purposes related to this event, including judging, exhibition, promotion, and publication.

3.特等奖工作坊资格不可兑换现金，具体参与时间需与校方协商。
The Special Award workshop cannot be exchanged for cash. The specific schedule is subject to coordination with the school.

4.MovieFlow创作积分的使用须遵守该平台的相关规定。
The use of MovieFlow Credit is subject to the relevant terms of the MovieFlow platform.

5.主办方保留对活动的最终解释权及因故调整活动安排的权利。
The organizer reserves the final right of interpretation and the right to adjust event arrangements if necessary.
